Oleg, I think we're starting to go in circular arguments here. I
find The Bat's interface is very "clunky", not at all what I am used
to in a Windows program. Many people in the group are clearly unix
users or have been, and from their comments, they are at home with
The Bat, finding it easy to look at. I don't particularly like
Eudora's interface over any other Windows program, but the inclusion
of Tony's glyph file makes The Bat a little less "clunky" to me and
is therefore a step in the right direction. And, despite all the
comments, I don't like the editor (glad to see this is being
 addressed in v.2).

The Bat is a very powerful program, much more powerful than many
(any?) Windows mailers, but its interface puts me off. Sorry, but
that's my opinion. I'd like to see an interface that is clean, easy
to use, using more of Windows GUI capabilities, but keeping that
 power. That's all.

Those of us who have contributed to the discussion on the interface
seem to have taken up positions on this, and mine is well known. I
assume the developers have read the various contributions. Shall we
leave it at that.....unless somebody has something else to say that
 is different?
