There is something called "group account" which might be
helpful, but since I've never used that you'd better hope
that somebody else explains.
There is another solution: make a filter for your two
secondary accounts that filters all their incoming mail to
your primary account's mailbox, and continue processing.
Those mails will then proceed to be filtered according to
the rules you have defined in the filters for your main
account.
