I assume you mean those messages are "moved" to the Inbox of the
primary account by filters in the secondary accounts.

If my previous assumption is right, then I'm afraid not. Those
messages would stay in the Inbox of the primary account without
being filtered further. The "continue processing" option would only
subject mail to subsequent filters set up for the account which
actually received it, and only when it stays in the source folder of
a subsequent filter (in this case, Inbox of a secondary account).
To achieve what you described, you'll have to "redirect" (with a
filter) the mail to the primary account, so it would be "received"
by that account and hence filters there would be applied. To prevent
the mail from being actually sent out to the Net, check the "Allow
local delivery" option in "Options | Network & Administration".
