Are you using PGP Tray, or are you trying to use the menus in TB! for your
PGP needs? If you have PGP 7.0 installed, you have to use PGP Tray with
TB!. Have you created your Key Pair yet? Open PGP Keys, and take a look at
the icons down the left hand side of the page. You should see an array of
silver and gold key icons, but one or more of them should have a little
face along with the key, denoting Key Pairs (Private and Public Key).

Be that as it may, I don't see many Users at all using S/MIME. In fact,
the majority of Users, in my computing experience, are using PGP or GnuPG
exclusively. That is true in all my communications, and not just here on
TBBETA or TBUDL, where S/MIME is forbidden anyway! ;o)
OpenPGP has become the defacto standard for secure communications, so that
is where I feel the effort should be placed, otherwise we will never
realize the benefits of using PGP/MIME. I see S/MIME and PGP/MIME as
competing against and not complementing each other.
