Alright, I presume you generated your Key Pair when you were using 6.5.8,
but now you have installed PGP 7.0, is that correct? When you installed
7.0, did you first uninstall 6.5.8? When the PGP 7.0 installation asked if
you had existing Key Rings, did you answer yes, and point PGP to where you
had a copy of your existing Key Ring? Were the Key Rings imported
properly? They should now be located under C:\My Documents\PGP.
When you open PGP Keys, are you seeing the key icon with the little face?
Are you still running into the problems where PGP is telling you that you
are missing the Private Key?

Deselect both those options. The majority of Mail Clients do not support
PGP/MIME at present, and of those that do, only the Linux Mailers seem to
adhere to the current standard. Additionally, the "Sign by default" does
not work with TB! as yet, as that is a function of the Plug-in, and of
course TB! does not have a Plug-in for 7.0 as yet. Eudora 4.3.2 does, and
that feature works perfectly, so hopefully it won't be too long before
RITLabs has a Plug-in for PGP 7.0
