1.) In Account / Properties / Network, UNcheck "Use Specific..." in
all accounts. do not use any specific network connection.
2.) In Options / Network&Admin / Netork, check Dail-Up connection and
all three tickboxes.
This will do what you want. You do not need to say that you are not
connected, TB will know by itself. :-)
