You can receive UTF-7 and UTF-8 messages with TB!, even in HTML. Only
that you can't *write* using UTF.
And I think TB! can't display characters from different charsets, even
when viewing UTF-encoded messages - maybe because it uses one-byte
encoding, and tries to (internally) convert the message when
displaying. Or maybe not. Its handling of UTF is pretty limited,
anyway.
