Did you installed your TB! and Mail folders exactly the same as on
your old system? (Speaking of paths)
If not, you have to change *every* relation in your thebatcu.reg and
thebatlm.reg files to fit your new paths.
Assuming you store your accounts outside of TB!'s folder:
1. Unzip your backup to the appropriate location.
2. Install The Bat, but don't answer the questions about your mail
accounts.
3. Close TB! and execute thebatcu.reg and thebatlm.reg
4. Open TB! everything should be fine now.
If you store your accounts within TB! folder: install TB! first, then
unzip your backup.
This is the way it's working on my machines. Hope it will on yours,
