MAPI Configuration
The FaxNow! computer needs to be able to send emails without any user intervention.
For this reason,
the mail setup is critical to successful email support.
There are some key points to consider when configuring email support on the FaxNow!
computer:
Automated Security
The profile/mail provider must be able to logon to the Fax Server�s mail account
without any
manual intervention. This may require specialist profile configuration. In the worst
case,
it may require the use of an empty password for the Fax Server email account.
Address Book Synchronisation
Some email systems provide local copies of address books. If these are not
synchronised with
the email server address book then some emails will fail due to unresolved addresses.
This is especially true when users are added to an email system on a regular basis,
allowing the local copy of an email client on the machine to synchronise address books.
Also after fixmapi, not work... :-(
