This sounds awfully complicated. Have your tried www.faxsav.com
instead? While I still use their plain-text Email-to-Fax only (you
just fille in the recipient's fax number, followed by @faxsav.com and
send the email - couldn't be easier), they do have a product called
FaxLauncher or so, with which you can send .DOC files and the like.
You don't need to worry about synchronising with their server or
anything.
