Use the following macro in your template:

%cookie="sigfile.txt"

This macro will pluck a line from the sigfile.txt and paste it into
your message. You can wrap lines with %WRAPPED='%cookie="sigfile.txt"'
or hard code line breaks into long lines with '\n' sequences.
