Try:

%COOKIE="X:\Path\random_signature_file.txt"
or
%WRAPPED='%COOKIE="X:\Path\random_signature_file.txt"'

If you have multiple-line signatures, then you have to separate them
with the \n (newline) character. Like this: 1.line\n2.line\n3.line
becomes:

1.line
2.line
3.line
