Not from within the "normal" Bat.
You have two choices:
1.) Use other software to encrypt the directories.
2.) Use the brand-new (since CeBIT) SecureBat!, which cannot be
downloaded but is only distributed on CD, because you also need an
iKey (hardware), which will be part of the package.
Where to get it? I don't know, but I saw some people are already using
it.
I don't know what happened to StrongBat!, which has been described as
"like SecureBat!, but without the necessary additional hardware".
Whatever that means.
