a> "parking" to me but I'm curious about Flagging and Colour Groups.

Flagging is just a way of marking the message for whatever reason you may
wish to. I use flagging to Mark messages which I need to reply to. Others
may use the flagging for other reasons. It's really up to you what you use
it for. Note also that you may adjust the flagged status of messages using
filters, or you can filter messages based on their flagged status.

Colour groups is what you use to give messages in your message list
different colours. It's through this configuration that you can change
your message list font. In the TB! main window, go to Options/'Message
List Colours'. A configuration panel will appear. Through the font button
you can define the message list font and size to use. You'll see the
Generic colour group listed. If you select this group and hit the 'Edit'
button, you can adjust the colour of messages listed in the message list
when they're read vs when they're unread. You can also create new colour
groups and assign them to messages by right clicking the message in the
message list and in the popup menu going to Colour Group/*pick your
colour*. Experiment away and enjoy. Again, you can assign colour groups to
messages while filtering.
