I have never seen this behaviour. TB! uses the free caret positioning,
meaning wherever you put your cursor, you can start writing (a concept
lately adopted in part by MS Word and other word processors).

As for testing purposes I just changed my message editor setup to
"Auto-format", "Auto-wrap" and "Justify on Auto-format". the only I
normally use is "Auto-wrap". Now, a bit testing, position the cursor
with mouse, with keyboard, by arrow ... no, nothing.

Sorry, but the cursor does no such thing here. Ah, but now I have it
(hopefully). seems nothing more than bad position with the mouse. I
think RITLabs uses a relatively big tolerance range for the mouse
click in the editor window. That would have to be answered by one of
the software engineers or even RITLabs themselves.
