They're located in Europe. (1) Laws forbid to give for free your main
(or only) production. (2) I suspect the free version is a good way to
quickly gain market shares (can we speak of market shares when it is
free ?) in some territories.
But anyway, have you checked the price to buy it ? That's a very
*easy* price. And you get free upgrades, for ever, with each license
purchased.
