I think that your best bet is Quick templates.

Set up one called [Bounce]

Reply to the message then type in bounce and hit Ctrl + 'space'

The reply template should look something like this

The following recipients did not receive the attached mail. Reasons are
listed with each recipient:

%OTONAME %OTOADDR

Unknown Recipient

The message that caused this notification was:

%HEADERS
%TEXT

%FROM="Postmaster <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
