How do you "join SpamCops"?

I still use the method designed a few decades ago by Leif gregory,
namely forwarding the spam message including all headers to the root@
or postmaster@ all domains I can find in the headers. I even get
replies from the postmasters: from AOL and the like you get bot
replies, but sometimes, an acutal psotmaster from a small ISP will
take the effort and reply - either that the email address has been
cancelled, or that it was forged and didn't exist in the first place.
However, these little replies make my day: my effort was not ignored.

The best one was a root@ admin sending my message on to a postmaster
(who had also been copied in by me), and cc'ing to me, saying: "Here's
another one, Jim." - Obviously, something was being done! :-)
