TB! already does this.
If you enable the header pane (View/Message Header/Creation Time), you'll
see two times displayed for the message being viewed. The creation time to
the left (not in parentheses) is the creation time corrected to your local
time. The creation time to the right (in parentheses) is the creation time
as is from the message headers.

Most message creation times are generated locally by the senders e-mail
client. The accuracy of the time depends on accurate system time setting.
If their PC Clock is wrong, their message creation times will be wrong as
well. I sometimes receive messages with creation times in the year 2003.
:-)
It's this problem that makes me sort the messages by received time. It's
superior at sorting them chronologically.
