I use one. My suggestion wasn't to get the right time for my machine,
but rather to encourage (force?) other computers to put the right time
stamp on their outgoing mail.  When I see a message which is dated
1 October 1980, or have one sitting at the top of a folder because it
was sent in 2003 it's a pretty sure bet the clock in someone's
computer is wrong.  Like the VCR which is right every midnight.  I
imagine most people who don't see any reason to set their clock
wouldn't mind if it was right.
