With the kind of System you show in your signature, you certainly
shouldn't be experiencing that kind of response. However, I can confirm
that with the 1.53 series, the CC does seem to use a lot of resources, and
although I don't receive the same severity of response you do, I
nonetheless experience a slowdown, and I'm only running a P166 with 64 MB
RAM... but it's mean and clean and fast. ;o)
