You may not think so, but if you have it turned on in your account
properties as you say then the only way it can *not* appear is if you
have an overriding %QUOTESTYLE in a reply template somewhere.

When you write a reply in TB, it looks for a suitable template in:

1) The address book entry for the address you are replying to.
2) The address book group for the address you are replying to.
3) The folder templates for the message you are replying to.
4) The account templates.

If, at any point during this search a template is found, it is used.
Check this hierarchy for a reply template which includes the
%QUOTESTYLE macro if you're absolutely certain that your account
settings are at "initials".
