Because  "color  coding"  not  work on some mailer if he replying your
message with Initial quote mark.

If  you  reply  a  message,  you  will  see  the original quote having
different  color  (in TB! and most Mailer that use color code is red).
On some mailer (say Mutt, Kmail for example), this color code will not
working while replying message consist of Initial Quote marker.

On Kmail for instance :

> bla bla  ... have red color

>> bla bla ... have green color

but

M> bla bla ... not coloring ;-;

That's  why  on  public Mailing List, better to use %Quotestyle="NONE"
macro  in  front of %Quote macro , so other member not getting problem
with our message.
