Okay. First things first. Does the crash coincide with a mail check
cycle? Something else?

You could try a process of elimination - turn off the other apps one
by one to see if any of them are interfering.

Another thing you can try is to either use the TB backup routines or
to zip up the mail folders and keep the HKCU/RIT registry key safe.
Once you have done that you can uninstall TB and delete the registry
key. Then you can try a virgin install and see if that crashes in the
same way.

You have to narrow down to whether the fault is due to:

1) A fault in TB
2) An interference fault with another application in the system
3) A fault in the TB data files causing the crash.
