The Bat! (v1.53d) to write:

Account \ Sorting Office/Filters (Shift+Ctrl+S)
Select New
Give your new filter a name
Use the Move message to folder button to chose which folder you want
it to go to.
put @CNN.com in the Strings box
ensure Recipient and Yes are set
pick Close
You now have your filter.
Another way is to right click the message \ Specials \ Create Filter
