For an occasional need, simply view the Reply-To header in the editor
window (from the View menu), then edit it as desired.
If it's something you need to do often, make a quick template to
change it. I think %REPLYADDR=""%REPLYADDR="Whatever address you want"
will do the job, but I'm not an expert.
