No, it is misunderstanding. I said I'm copying just files containing
folder (and filter and account) structure, not mail. *After* this, I'm
putting/import mail inside.

I never lost my mail doing so. I agree, synchronize function should do
it in a best way, but I never got my filters and folder templates same
as before - I always had to fix and correct something and this is more
bothering than I describe.

Just _my_ experience. :)

Yes, it makes things easier and safe.

Yep, if sync can do that without loosing filter's and folder
templates' configuration (even partially) it would be really great.
