Hello Dierk, Thanks for your reply to my post. May I ask you to take a shot @ answering the rest of my post if you can as I am having a devil of a time understanding the concept of how to set up 2 accounts: dialup & cable, i.e. the transport settings, network, etc.
Currently my dialup transport settings include the dialup smtp & pop3 servers + my pw on that account but I have used the network settings (use local network). Does this make sense? The cable account has it's own transport settings & pw. Although a number of people on this list were very nice to explain work arounds, I just don't get the basic idea.
