I would like to find an automatic way to combine all these messages into one folder and export (save) as text file. I can do this by setting a rule for read mails, but I usually delete a bunch of messages after I read them, and I don't want those to go into the single folder. Right now I have a template for saving for each folder, and I have to save messages manually for all my folders.
