Conversely, I don't think people get excited about Microsoft bringing out, or not bringing out, a new version of Internet Explorer or Outlook Express. Especially as these are running into diminishing returns; The Bat! is the same. After all, it's only an email package, albeit a very powerful one. (In fact, given Microsoft's enormous resources, one could wonder why it takes 18 months to 2 years to get the next version of Office out. On second thoughts, shhh ...
