No that's not the problem. The 'default mail client' options is set
per user not per system.

I've got the same problem but I was able to figure out some
interesting things.

TB! _is_ my default mail client <period>.
I've told it at every possible options I was able to find. IE, Opera,
used preferences in TB! to set ... everything.

The problem occurs only if I've Outlook started while starting TB!.
I need to use LookOut for this whole taks/reminder/calendar stuff (my
boss likes it somehow) my whole external mail communication is done by
TB!.
If I start Outlook, stop it, start TB! there's no problem.
If I start TB!, than Outlook no problem too.
'mailto:' links work as expected, no problem with using.
If I start Outlook, leave it open and start TB! TB! moans.
Regardless if I click "yes" or "no" 'mailto:' and Co still work as
expected.

All in all: very mysterious. I'll do some more testing and file a bug
report as soon as I'm able to tell something more concrete so RIT guys
have a chance to fix (this IMHO cosmetic, because everything works it
only confuses a little bit) bug.

CYa ... Pit
