The filter action 'delete message from server' just might work though
I've never used it in the way you intend to.
If I normally leave messages on the server after download and one of
these messages matches a filter with one of the actions being to
delete the message from the server, the deletion is done during the
next POP check. So, if you manually run this filter action on a
message, after it's downloaded, TB! may very well be able to delete
the message from the server during the next POP check. I don't keep
messages on the server so I cannot test it to be sure that it would
work.
