Thanks, I filed the information on using NAV2001 with WinXP just in case. Good luck with your inquiry to Symantec. My experience with them is not great. I get conflicting, and frequently incorrect information and, like the inquiry quoted, it is the problem of the user, not Symantec. That seems to be a given.
