You are correct -- if I click and hold, then drag the "parked" (or hourglass) icon, this happens: - On clicking the hourglass icon, the hourglass toggles off and the message is shown selected. - On dragging, the message moves. - On releasing, the message is dropped into the new folder without prompts about moving parked messages.
