At the right of the To: field are three buttons. The first has a down
arrow and opens a list of most recently used addresses. The second has
a right arrow and opens the address book entry for the current
address. If you have more than one address in the To: field, that
button opens all the entries.

The third button opens an abridged version of the address book called
the "Pick email addresses" dialog box. Here, you can navigate to the
required address book and group, and choose the required entries.
