My opinion will not go down well. :-/ It sounds to me like TB! is trying
to interact and function in an ailing OS environment. I doubt very much
that the problem is TB! and that TB! is only responding to errors
elsewhere. The best scenario would be an application interaction, so the
next step would be to disable all other running applications including
TSR's and see if things improve. If not, then it may be time to start
afresh with Windows, i.e., reinstall.
