Yep it certainly looks more like a printer issue with TB! and I searched my
records and did not come back with your printer specifically. The HP
printers I've had a lot of problems with were 720s and 820s and the odd 600
range but not yours. The 'box' issue is a font problem somewhere (I think).
Have you tried copy and pasting text from TB! into Notepad and prints OK?
Probably, as it looks like you've tried everything, so I concur it's
probably a TB! issue after all. Print coding is not an easy issue at the
best of times I can tell you due to driver differences :)

I really don't know what the developers of TB! use in this field, as well as
HTML stuff. Maybe they try to roll they own a little too much, as there's
plenty of neat add-ins for Delphi out there.

It was an out of hand remark anyway :) Still, if you're ever out looking for
a new printer I always avoid HP gear - I've had to work with them too much
as it is and I don't like them :) People's mileage varies I'm sure but I've
gone well passed the end of the road with HP stuff.
