Keys have assignments for each window. I.E., I set F5 to be send
queued mail. To make it work no matter where I was when I pressed F5 I
had to put it in two places. Main>Account and in Folder Pane PopUP.
What would really help is an index or search for all assignments on a
per function basis. It "kinda" exist on a search per basis. In the
shortcut editor find your key and highlight it and then click on
conflicts. It will show every place that key is used and for what.
