Ah, I see now. You mean the fact that a plain www address is not internally recognized as a link and therefore not made "clickable". But that is what I'd expect. If someone wants clickable links in a HTML mail, one could easily use <a href="www.name.com">www.name.com</a>. I wouldn't call it a bug, it's exactly what I'd expect.
