Hello Peter, try to visualize the certificate, take a look on issue, usually they put a reference to their web site. Visit that web site, look for "instal CA certificate", download certificates, they should install automatically. Probably that would be a good idea to use IExplorer for that operation.
If you could not find "install CA certificates", try to locate "latest CRL" or "Certificate Revocation List". The download would be bigger, but it also contains CA certificates. (btw, it's a good practice to update your CRLs).
