When it's really necessary for you to insert that header, you could write your message, save it in your outbox (don't send), export it as *.msg, delete the copy in your outbox, edit the .msg with notepad, import the message into your outbox (don't start editing with TB, because TB will delete the inserted header) and send it. Look into my headers, I've done it this way.
