Ok, after further research it appers that it is the outgoing SMTP server on my ISP's side adding the X-Rcpt-To: header! (My mail is delivered directly to my mail spool at work and it still has those headers, so it isn't a POP3 or IMAP client thing.) My apologies for implicating TB as the culprit. However, I still think TB may be responsible for the corruption of larger attachments. If anybody has any ideas on this, please let me know.
