Nothing was broken. Imad Faiad (the person who produces the ckt builds
of PGP) has written a brand new plug-in for TB. Anyone who wanted to
participate in testing the plug-in had to download a 1.60d version of
TB to go with it. This was a post-release-release rather than a bug
fix or a beta version, although it does have a beta relationship (the
ckt plug-in is part of a ckt beta build).

AIUI 'e' was released to introduce a special feature for a specific
user/company/group. 'f' was then produced to clean up a problem with
the 'e' release and 'g' came out to consolidate a final issue with it.

I don't think we're missing very much being stuck with 'c' (or 'd' in
the case of ckt testers).
