Your message prompted me to try out an old bug, known to RITlabs, which is still present (at least in 160c). When I click in Lotus Organizer for a contact's address to be inserted as recipient in a new email message, nothing happens unless that person and address are already in a TB! address book. Incorrect and frustrating behavior....
