Probably the parts that you are not seeing are not embedded in the
message. Many commercial HTML messages link to a server for graphics
(as well as, occasionally, for other purposes such as web bugs). TB!'s
native viewer will not D/L from the Internet the way that OE and NS
do; in the minds of most users it's a desired security and resource
feature.
