With SmartTab disabled, tabbing will move you 4 characters forward.
(TB!'s editor doesn't support true tabbing).
However, if you enable SmartTab and you have text above the cursor,
TB! will use the last line of text as a reference and position the
cursor at the first letter of each word in the line above.

Like auto-indenting, this can be very useful.
