I can't comment on whether it's the best, although for my purposes
I've decided that it is. It is evaluated at catching malicious code as
well or better than anything else; I've never received a false
positive; Eset updates the virus definitions about daily; and--this is
the clincher--it is phenomenally fast.  It turns McAfee into a bad
joke.
