Don't use "Use default e-mail client" in Opera if you want it to be The Bat! that's your primary and default e-mail client. It will hassle you ... earlier or later. Use: PP>> 'Other client' with settings PP>> C:\Path\To\thebat.exe mailto:%t?subject=%s&body=%m PP>> and 'Replace missing parameters with space' (or similar) turned off? This is the recommended setting for combination 'Opera' and 'The Bat!', even from Operas side ... It's on their official help pages and it makes sense. Trust me :-) PL> Thanks. I'll try that, but I don't know whether having no space between PL> L" and < is anything more than an aesthetic issue. The space you _see_ is in fact only cosmetic. But between the two settings 'Use default' and 'Other client' there's more difference than only a cosmetic space. It's a different type of parameter passing .. and only god (and programmers @ Opera *G*) knows what else is different. So you'd better advised to change your Opera settings, this way everything will work fine, EVEN mailto: links you have no control over :-) (*sic* :-)) -- Regards Peter Palmreuther mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (The Bat! v1.60q on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) * Press any key to continue...NO, NO, NO, NOT THAT ONE!!!! ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.60q FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://bt.ritlabs.com
