Be careful with announcing beta list announced builds of TB!. Both
messages were posted on TBBETA. The latter one was concerning a TB!
build that has a significantly altered HTML rendering engine, the
changes being made for ensuring proper displaying of national
characters. The announcement was completed with a warning that the
updated engine may contain bugs and that is why it's provided as a
separate build.

Premature announcements have led to unfortunate spread of these builds
to people who make their public assessment with a more buggy version
which was expected anyway.
