It's a matter of personal preference. IMO, that is. I myself would prefer the former, having to enter data only once, and the fact that in the past there have not been programs that perform this function properly doesn't mean that the idea is not sound. After all, that's -again IMO- what computers are (or should be) for: making things easier. My computer knowledge is very limited, but I cannot see why there cannot be a program that would concentrate all information on persons and call other, independent programs for specific actions: email, phone calls, whatever. Sorry for my English, but I hope the idea is clear. As a matter of fact, I am using Outlook and intend to move to TB. The problem is that to replace Outlook I need not only an email program, but also a PIM, and would appreciate suggestions on a good, simple one (not Act! or similar). Thank you.
